Das romanisches Kapitell mit Resten eines kannelierten Säulenschaftes stammt aus dem Kloster Posa (Bosau). Es besitzt eine quadratische Deckplatte. Aufsteigende Blattranken mit diamantierten Stegen zieren den Säulenkopf. Das vor 1118 gegründete Kloster wurde nach der Reformation ein Opfer der Säkularisierung. Kirche und Kloster verschwanden vollständig. Verwertbares Baumaterial wurde zum Bau von Schloss Moritzburg Zeitz genutzt. Das fein gearbeitete Kapitell erfüllte vermutlich seine Funktion im Klausurbereich.
